Reasonable dieting

Who decides to start a diet should not start into dieting with too high expectations. A diet hat to be carried out with rationality - this is the only way a diet can be successful.

The diet "Reasonable dieting" (1) is based on the fact that the amount of meat and fat is reduced in meals. This is the best way to eat healthily in the future. The fundamental idea of this diet is that there is no weight problem, if the bill of fare is adjusted to the body's needs.

This kind of change in diet is completed by constant training that amplifies the diet's effect and withal strengthens the muscles and the cardiovascular system. Especially the muscles, joints, heart and circulation are affected with overweighed people. The reasonable dieting by BzgA provides a general improvement of the state of health.

Nutrition pyramid

The orientation to the components of this diet is base on a nutrition pyramid, which notes exactly which components the daily bill of fare should contain. The main focus is on fruits, vegetables and cereals.

Adipose and sweets are small components of the pyramid. Beef and pork should be reduced, lean chicken and poultry, however, are allowed. With fish one should also eat kinds of fish that contain relatively less but healthy fats like Omega-3 fatty acids.

Long-term change in diet

The main advantage of the reasonable dieting is that it is not a short lived diet but a long-term change in diet. It is virtually a re-education to a healthy eating, which can be executed unlimited. For this reason, there is no risk of deficiency syndrome. The body is supplied with the essential ingredients. Therefore, the diet has the great advantage that the well-being is improving, too.

But this diet is no silver bullet; it has been created for a continuous and healthy weight reduction. One will not lose more than 1 pound a week by this diet. But this will normally result in a long-term effect that may prevent the jojo effect.
